Hello Everyone!

Leland & Gray does not have school for the two-week vacation!  

You have wonderful children; please enjoy the time with them. We will see you all  in 2026!

Our high school basketball teams have practices and games on the 23rd and 24th.  The week of the 29th has practices and games too.  Please check the cocurricular calendar for details. 


 

RTU

For all RTU students and Trusted Adults:

The RTU Event #4 is set for students and their trusted adult for Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 6:30pm. This event is a Potluck and games night. See the attached flyer. Snow date of Jan. 28th.
 

Windham Bus

There will not be a Windham Bus on Wednesday 1/14

Students can use the Townshend Country Store bus stop at the bottom of Windham Hill. The morning pick up is 7:20 and afternoon drop off is at 3:05.

Join us for the 2nd Annual Community Clothing Day: Saturday, Jan. 249AM-12PM at the NewBrook Firehouse. Come pick out new-to-you clothing - everything is free!
Got clothes to share?
We’re accepting clean, gently used clothing and shoes now at the following drop-off locations:
  • Jamaica Library, during open library hours
  • Moore Free Library (Newfane), on the porch
  • Thrives Office, 74 Grafton Rd, Townshend (next to L&G), on the side porch

Holiday Lawn Sign Campaign
Winter, and all the holiday celebrations that come with it, is an exciting time of year, especially for teens on school vacation. As parents and caring adults, it’s our responsibility to help ensure these celebrations are safe and healthy.
West River Valley Thrives is launching its annual Holiday Lawn Sign Campaign to raise awareness about teen alcohol use and the important role parents and the community play in preventing underage drinking.
