Hello Families,

I want to take a moment to publicly thank our teachers. The level of commitment they bring every day creates an incredible range of opportunities for our students. From the work happening in classrooms that builds deep understanding, to experiences that take students beyond our walls—and even across the world—our teachers are constantly finding ways to expand how students see and make sense of the world.  Please take a moment to reach out and let our teachers know they are appreciated.

This weekend at L&G we have a week of softball, baseball, and ultimate games.  On Friday, we have our spring pep rally followed on Saturday by Dingers for Dylan fundraiser at 11:00.  There will be a baseball and softball game followed by other various games.

I do also want to share and thank NECCA for performing in our gym this past Thursday.  How a circus can perform in our gym is always amazing, add into it the feats of strength, balance, and flexibility; it was a fantastic performance.

As an aside about prom expectations: in order to attend prom, Seniors must have all 40 hours complete, Juniors must have 30 hours, Sophomores must have 20, and Freshmen must have 10.  If any students have restitution hours that are outstanding, those must be completed as well.

Over the next two weeks, we are administering three AP exams - AP English Literature & Composition, AP World History: Modern, and AP Calculus AB. Thirteen of our students are taking one or more of these tests beginning Wednesday, May 6. If your student is taking an AP exam, please remind them to arrive at school no later than 7:45 (earlier if they need to get breakfast!) on the day of their test with a fully-charged Chromebook. Students should report directly to Dutton and will be testing all morning and attending their afternoon classes. We are so proud of these students - they chose to take a challenging year-long course and have worked hard to prepare for these exams. A huge thank you to Ms. Taylor, Mr. Towle, and Ms. Anthony for offering these advanced courses and supporting our students.

Dingers For Dylan

Our Annual "Dingers For Dylan" Event will take place on Saturday, May 9, 2026 beginning with the varsity baseball and softball games at 11:00 am followed by all the festivities in the afternoon.

Please help support this fundraiser as all the proceeds benefit the Dylan Landers Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Let's show our REBEL SUPPORT!
